Will , Mike and Lisa were incredible to work with. The customer service orientation and resulting product was better than I expected. The communication was near flawless. All expectations were met in terms of cost, schedule and quality. The quote was solid, with no hidden add-ons, scheduled activities were completed as stated and the finished foundation fully meets my expectations. The work crew was courteous and focused on their work , taking care in each step of the site prep and pour activities. I would highly recommend CRC for any concrete work. Based on experience with other contractors on other projects, Commercial & Residential Concrete stands out as the best I have worked with. 

Let me start by saying the owner (Will) is very honorable. I hired Commercial & Residential Concrete (Concrete Contractor) to rip out and put a new concrete driveway at my home. Everything went as planned. On the day of the pour the crew was ready as the trucks from Advantage Concrete suppliers arrived. Everyone was doing their jobs respectively. After all was said and done that day I was pleased .
The next few days something bizarre was happening, the concrete was not "bleaching out" I contacted Wil and he promptly contacted and set up an appointment for Advanced concrete supplier representative Kevin, myself and Wil to meet at my home 1 month after the pour (to give it time to bleach out). Kevin from Advantage Concrete said "the strength of the concrete is " there" but the source of the materials had come from somewhere other than they normally get their supplies and if I was not happy they would " help" pay Wil to paint or stain my brand new almost 4 truck load driveway.
Needless to say I was not happy about his response. I asked Kevin from Advantage Concrete suppliers if this were his home would he be okay with this pour? He was unresponsive.
2 days later Wil from CRC concrete called and said we will do what needs to be done to make this right. Well in less than 30 days there was a crew here ripping out the new driveway and a new concrete supplier here .
Everything was perfect and within 7 days it bleached out perfectly.
Wil is honorable and takes his companies reputation seriously! I WOULD use CRC concrete again however stay FAR away from Advantage Concrete suppliers they DO NOT stand behind their product.

The Commercial & Residential Concrete team did an excellent job. They were very responsive did great work cleaned up behind themselves and was very respectful to some of my changes. I would highly recommend using CRC as your concrete contractor if you have any concrete needs.

CRC did an outstanding job on our new garage addition, from excavation to concrete and block laying, the work was some of the best I have ever seen. Will (the owner) was on site to make sure the project was to his quality standards.
Will was always available and responsive.
As a side note: I built industrial building as a Facilities Engineer, so I have the experience to understand quality concrete and construction techniques.

I was having issues with drainage as my old driveway had been sinking for years...called several concrete companies and picked CRC Concrete
they bid a competitive price, and mike, who came to give me the estimate, was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions, about the drainage issues as well as the driveway.
once they obtained the permit, the job was completed at a good pace with plenty of communication.
they finished today, removing the formwork, cutting the expansion joints, then repairing the lawn where necessary with dirt and sod...it really looks good.
will (the owner), mike, and kyle (the job site mgr.), were all very responsive, communicative, and very nice...i would recommend CRC to anyone looking for concrete work.

My Sister-In-Law recently purchased a mobile home that needed a partial driveway replacement. We contacted Laurie at CRC. She arranged for Mike to visit the homesite to assess the driveway and provide an estimate.
From the initial period we spent with CRC to the time the work was done by Will Golt, the owner, and his crew, they did a wonderful job. They answered all of our questions and explained in detail how the job was going to be done and what we needed to do from our end to ensure that everything went well. They did a terrific job with the driveway. Not only was the work completed in a timely manner, but everything was neat, tidy, and organized as well.
CRC's price was fair and their emphasis on detail and communication was amazing. We really think CRC is top notch, and we highly recommend them for all your concrete needs.

Will and crew recently completed a shed pad and driveway extension. The job came out great and I am very pleased. There was a slight hiccup in the front area where the concrete dried wth ripples in it but no fear, Will and crew cut and removed the rippled area and repoured the bad area in three days resulting in a complete perfect job.
I have already recommended CRC to a friend and will definitely use them again the future. Thanks again CRC !

We would absolutely recommend CRC. Will was very professional and patient in addressing our questions and concerns. The concrete, block, and stucco work they completed for our pool enclosure project was nicely done. The crew was efficient and exhibited excellent craftsmanship.

I had CRC add section to my driveway to accommodate my large truck next to my workshop. The job entailed and attached apron adjacent to the existing driveway, some fill to level and parking spot slope and footers to reinforce the edges of the new parking spot. Mike responded to my request for a quote quickly and adapted as the shape of the final product changed throughout the project. I would highly recommend CRC and it would be a pleasure to work with Mike again.

Would highly recommend this company! The price was very competitive and everyone from time of estimate to installation was friendly and helpful. We had a pad poured for our RV and a small driveway. It looks great! 5 stars all the way!
